ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF PERTH CIVIC TRUST.
THURSDAY 14th MAY 2026, 7.00pm IN THE SOUTAR THEATRE, A K BELL LIBRARY, YORK PLACE, PERTH. PH2 8EP<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agenda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Welcome to all members and visitors to the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To note apologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To note the Minute of the 2025 AGM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. To receive the Chairman\u2019s Report and the 2026 Forward Plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. To receive the Interim Financial Report of Perth Civic Trust for the year to 31 March 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The Constitution allows for the appointment of a Vice Chairman, a position not currently held.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. To receive nominations and appoint members of the Executive Committee of Perth Civic Trust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To receive nomination and appoint a Vice Chairman and Treasurer of Perth Civic Trust for a period of
    three years. The Chairman was appointed for three years at the 2024 AGM. The Secretary was
    appointed for three years at the 2025 AGM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Subscriptions from 1 April 2024 have been \u00a315 for individual membership, \u00a325 for joint membership
    and \u00a350 for Corporate membership. These rates continue for 2026. Members are reminded to ensure
    their Standing Orders are updated to reflect these rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. 2027 is the 60th Anniversary of Perth Civic Trust. Member suggestion on how this might be
    celebrated are welcomed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. To consider any other competent business<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    AGM business will be followed by a talk \u201cTurning the Corner – Perth\u2019s Corner Buildings, Past and Present\u201d
    by Ian Cameron <\/strong>which will start at 7.30pm. Members will required to book the talk either through Perthshire
    Box Office for \u00a35.00 (includes \u00a31 booking fee) or pay \u00a34 (cash only) at the door on the night. See Events Page<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
