Perth City Hall:- The council has revealed that its preferred option for the building is a new visual arts complex with modern exhibition space. If approved, the hall would be used to display some of the local authority’s extensive collection, much of which is currently kept in storage.
St Paul's Church:- The proposal is for the roof of the church to be removed and new entrances made. The resulting open space will be used for cultural purposes. (The Clock Tower will be retained)
Caledonian Road School:- Work is well under way and should soon be completed.
Waverley Hotel, York Place:- A new planning application has been submitted and approved for the demolition of the hotel and the erection of multi-use hall and gym facility and alterations and extension to church.
Land 40 Metres SW of Witchill, Kinnoull Terrace:- The applicant has appealed the decision to refuse the application.
